Every year counts! This year I love to challenge my physical abilities by competing in KL Marathon for the 1st time. I plan to participate in 20Km run = half marathon in 3 hours.
My training plan is
Running from my house ( Ara Damansara ) ----> Bukit Cahaya ( Shah Alam )
Bukit Cahaya ( Shah Alam ) ---------> my house ( Ara Damansara ).
